Applied online. Approx one week later received call requesting time for phone screen. Initial call approx 60 mins and was with recruiter. Next stage was another phone interview with hiring manager. Another approx 60 minutes. Again moved to next stage; scheduled for on site interviews. Meeting agenda was three and a half hours, met a total of 5 individuals. Arrived on site 15 minutes prior as I was advised in invitation instructions that first interviewer "would meet in lobby few minutes prior" to the scheduled time. This person actually came out 10 minutes after scheduled time. This left me waiting a total of 25 minutes. Minor yes but worth noting. First meeting was with 2 individuals together (panel). Not coordinated and one interviewer dominated the conversation. Questions formatted and did did not necessarily fit the role or allow ability to highlight specifics in my field. Was very regimented and did not solicit; I think the value they were advising me (on multiple occasions) about this "style of interview". All other interviews for the remainder of the 3 plus hours were smooth however the first interviewer was so off putting I had decided about 10 minutes in I would not want to work closely with someone carrying themselves in this fashion. I received no follow up after the meeting. Total time invested 8 hours and no courtesy follow-up.
