Very professional. Had a phone screening interview with the recruiter initially, who then directed the process to the hiring manager and the GM for a Skype interview. A few more skype interviews with some of the other employees in the unit. Then they flew me out to their location for an on-site interview. Interview from 9:30am to 2pm including a lunch interview. Very friendly atmosphere and the interview was mainly to determine personality and past experience. Got offer letter after that and recruiter was constantly in contact through the whole process even after accepting the offer and relocation
