The whole process took 3 months because of long background check, but there was a problem on my side. In average 2 months and if you wouldn’t use all the time for preparing they give (up to 3 weeks) between each interview(2-3), you can go through it in a 1-1.5 month. I took maximum time as I can for preparing and I don’t regret. I suggest just prepare as good as you can, all topics are mentioned here on glassdoor, and they always send topics they want to hear. Veeam make software for system administrating so that’s why questions can be not typical, but the job worth it 100%.
