I applied online. The process took 2 months. The process began with a technical assessment (without introduction to the HR department). Several people connected on the first call. Most questions can be found here or online. After that, I was asked to test the application (find and report as many errors as possible). After the final interview (which lasted almost 3 hours with three team leads), they simply sent me an email that I was not selected, without any details.
They are not interested in getting to know you. Complete disrespect from the interviewer (he smoked constantly throughout all 3 stages of the interview). They don't respect your time at all.
Their demands and expectations are far from the position of juniors. Obviously they expect you to guess some very specific answers. All Russian speakers.
After the process, there was no desire left to work with them or apply for another position in this company.

I applied for a position in Prague. I completed the assignment they asked for and later had an HR call. After that call, I never heard back from the HR team regarding the outcome. I understand that hiring processes can take time, but completely ghosting candidates after an assignment and interview feels unprofessional.

- 1st round - Quiz (Asynchronous)
- 2nd round - In person review about 1st round
- 3rd round - Behavioral with VP of department and TL.
During the whole time there was constant communication with the Talent Acquisition Partner which asked for feedback and kept me informed about next steps. That was a really important part of the whole process.
Generally, all the people that I interacted with were very professional, polite and honest.
I will set the difficulty for this interview as Difficult, because getting a 100% "score" can be difficult. That doesn't mean it is impossible to succeed and get a job at Veeam with an average score (I did).

2nd round - In person review about 1st round
Went through each question (mostly the failed ones) and tried to solve them on the spot but with the feedback from interviewers. They needed to test my ability to work with/without time pressure and also see how fast I can learn and apply instructions as well as how I approach problems.
3rd round - Behavioral with VP of department

2. Interview with HR
3. Technical interview. It took around 2 hours, requires deep knowledge of JS.
