I applied online. The process took 2 months. The process began with a technical assessment (without introduction to the HR department). Several people connected on the first call. Most questions can be found here or online. After that, I was asked to test the application (find and report as many errors as possible). After the final interview (which lasted almost 3 hours with three team leads), they simply sent me an email that I was not selected, without any details. They are not interested in getting to know you. Complete disrespect from the interviewer (he smoked constantly throughout all 3 stages of the interview). They don't respect your time at all. Their demands and expectations are far from the position of juniors. Obviously they expect you to guess some very specific answers. All Russian speakers. After the process, there was no desire left to work with them or apply for another position in this company.

I applied for a position in Prague. I completed the assignment they asked for and later had an HR call. After that call, I never heard back from the HR team regarding the outcome. I understand that hiring processes can take time, but completely ghosting candidates after an assignment and interview feels unprofessional.
