Recruitment process had 3 steps. First I had to solve a coding task (folder synchronization). Then first technical interview around 1h of basic coding, OS questions, networking questions. Then final interview with ridiculous math and logical riddles which were just a waste of time. Live coding also included. After being rejected I got not feedback at all I was even told that I wasnt even close even though I got to the final interview.
