After submitting applications from all departments for a period of 1 business week, a panel of 3 managers convened and called in all applicants one by one. Each interview included asking a set of HR and technical job-related questions. The HR questions focused on the behavioral aspect of personality while the technical questions focused on the details of the job (Operations in HR), as it relates to the unique environment of the project.
