It is more of a sales pitch than an interview. The whole premise is you think you are going to an interview but then they just sell you on the job in a huge group. they then call you in individually and let you know you got the job. The facade is that they appear selective but ultimately literally everyone gets hired.

It was a zoom meeting with other candidates, but we were interviewed separately, it went well very well learned about the position and also, we had a meet up at the office to practice with the product and learned even more about sales.

It was a quick easy zoom call in a group interview followed by an individual phone call interview with an answer if you’re hired or not then and there. Simple easy questions as well.
