You get a scripted phone call, that will either be a referral or a job seeker approach it will be very vague and if your in an unfortunate enough situation to bite on the bait you will show up to the interview if there are other people there the person you are about to work under is decent on the phone or he is paying someone to make volume calls. Your handed a 2 page application and you fill it out and wait to be called in for the interview, the tactic here is to make you think people actually want this job and your competing trust me your not and no one wants this job :). Your pulled into the managers office again following a script he will try to create urgency and convict you to action.

Rapport questions, how are you today, where are you from, how long have you lived here -- to qualify you if you have lived in the town long you probably have a network of people that they can exploit. If you want to work here just go with the flow and be friendly you will get the job, but I don't recommend it

It was a zoom meeting with other candidates, but we were interviewed separately, it went well very well learned about the position and also, we had a meet up at the office to practice with the product and learned even more about sales.

It was a quick easy zoom call in a group interview followed by an individual phone call interview with an answer if you’re hired or not then and there. Simple easy questions as well.
