It's a two stage process a group then individualized process.
The first day involves providing them with leads and cold calling family members.
Not worried about quality candidates just individuals to product the knives to their families.

It was a zoom meeting with other candidates, but we were interviewed separately, it went well very well learned about the position and also, we had a meet up at the office to practice with the product and learned even more about sales.

It was a quick easy zoom call in a group interview followed by an individual phone call interview with an answer if you’re hired or not then and there. Simple easy questions as well.
