A company that actually uses technology while keeping a human touch is very surprising to me. I might not get the job but this is most impressive company I have seen. It feels like business that actually cares about it's product and it's people. It's so weird to me in this day in age.

The environment seems promising, but it is definitely dodgy. Maybe I did not stay long enough, but it did not feel right at all. I think they will accept anyone.
