I saw the ad for hire online so I applied. Days later I got an offer for an interview. I showed up early to the interview with all my things ready. It was in a small building and the hallways looked run-down. Not the place you would expect an interview to occur. The interview was in a group of people. I was asked to fill out an application form and later the whole group of applicants sat down together and the manager give a presentation of the companies' history, promoting Cutco cutlery, and presenting benefits of working for Vector. All of it was quite convincing, at least to my inexperienced mind. But later I thought about it, some things just don't match up. Then afterwards the applicants were called into the manager's office to have an one-on-one interviews. They did not ask many difficult questions.

It was a zoom meeting with other candidates, but we were interviewed separately, it went well very well learned about the position and also, we had a meet up at the office to practice with the product and learned even more about sales.

It was a quick easy zoom call in a group interview followed by an individual phone call interview with an answer if you’re hired or not then and there. Simple easy questions as well.

There’s a zoom interview that can take up to an hour. Questions are simple like why are you looking for a job, and asking if you can schedule a 2-day training on Friday and Saturday.
