Entrevista
It was a group interview, the interviewer had asked us questions throughout to see how we were in a group setting. It was quite odd, but I very much enjoyed it. The interviewer then brought us back two at a time and told us if we were accepted or not. I am fairly certain that almost all of us were accepted to go onto the training session, which was not paid.
I for one researched more on the company and felt that I was not interested in being with this business.
An initial phone interview, followed by an in office interview at the local compnay office. A paper application is completed on arrival. Then a brief interview to go over application and resume. Then advance to 2nd interview where the products are demonstrated. The sales opportunities and earning potentials are throughly discussed. Many opportunities to ask questions about the company.
After the product demonstrations you complete a questionare about the demonstration. Then there is a 2nd 1-0n-1 interview. The branch manager reviews your questionnaire and asks you further questions. There is another opportunity for you to ask questions.
I was offered the position.
I was invited to the training camp.

It was a zoom meeting with other candidates, but we were interviewed separately, it went well very well learned about the position and also, we had a meet up at the office to practice with the product and learned even more about sales.

It was a quick easy zoom call in a group interview followed by an individual phone call interview with an answer if you’re hired or not then and there. Simple easy questions as well.
