Applied for LA office and was contacted about a month and a half after I applied to have a phone interview. I had a fully open sch. and the person who was interviewing would not respond to my emails for a few days. She made appointments for us to talk but changed them twice. It took 3 weeks before we talked. She was in NY and asked basic questions. Told me I was a great candidate and would interview again, but they didn't have full details on hiring yet so it would be a week before she got back with me. She never did and I followed up for two months. Emailed, Tweeted her, Vayner, and sent her a linkedin message also. Nothing. I love VaynerMedia and Gary, but I was frustrated with the lack of communication from them.

Recruiter - who is VP level, ghosts candidates and is not respectful of the time candidates take to interview. I emailed 3 times asking if I was still being considered with no response. Very unprofessional.
