It started with phone interview and then the second part was a video interview. The phone interview was mainly about experience and availability. The video interview tested me on my knowledge and my teaching ability. The interviewed pulled up some math questions on the screen and had me pretend I was her student so that I could teach her.

There was not one only exams that had to be passed to teach certain subjects. It is an AI test so it is set up like an interview. I really liked this process.

You are sent a link to an online video interview. They ask you about previous tutoring experience and the last question was asking you to do a mock-tutoring session. It's very awkward because you have to make up what you want to teach on the spot, but you get unlimited time to think of responses.

AI Interview, very easy. Asked very basic question's regarding experience, motivation, etc. I’m a freshman student in UMD and so I haven’t been to many job interviews, but this was genuinely easy.
