Entrevista
The hiring process was fairly simple. They called me a day after applying and asks me what subjects I was interested in tutoring. Once they found out my subjects, we scheduled a skype interview for the following week. That interview was fairly easy if you're good at the subjects you are tutoring. I was asked algebra, trig, and calculus questions with each getting progressively more difficult. She was impressed and offered me the position during the interview.

Interview on video of you teaching something, everything else was back and forth emails or online questions, you perform a profile for yourself. I think it's all very straight forward. If you want to sub-contract, its pretty self explanatory.
