Very thorough. Some interviews were more casual, others were more organized and technical. Overall, they made me feel welcome and out me at ease. We met a a restaurant at one of the interviews and it felt very much like a lunch meeting. I knew one of the interviewers from a place I used to work, so it helped break the ice some.
