The interview process was fairly relaxed. You will interview with three individuals. The project manager, training manager and the Tier III manager. They will evaluate your overall capability and decide if you are fit for the company. Just a heads up-If you get past the second person you are a good candidate. If you do not I am sure you can figure out what will happen next.

Do you have any questions for me? I did not expect them to want me to ask too many questions but I found out later that they expect at least three questions for you to ask. Make sure you have something prepared.
