Been interviewed for a Staff role but with junior level questions. The developers said that they had nothing to do, the work was boring. I think it's good that they turned me down - although it's not very clear why I didn't suit them. There was no feedback, don't waste your time on interviews here, you can see a lot of problems right away. There were 5 interviews and not one of them gave any interesting discussion. Sometimes it seemed like I was interviewing them.

1. Recruiter call 2. Hiring Manager call 3. Onsite - 4 hours, technical, system design, behavioral Got an offer a few days later. Accepted it the next day. Ghosted and never heard from HR again. I've read reviews about how this company would ghost people after going through hours of interviews but ghosting someone after giving them an offer is a new low. At least have the decency to tell me the "Sorry offer was rescinded". Not sure what kind of unprofessional immature organization they're running but sounds like I dodged a bullet. The engineers and product people I interviewed with were nice though.
