I was contacted by the consultant where consutant kept on calling me for a skype interview happening on saturday monday tuesday... which eventually didn’t happened.. on wednesday they asked me to reach to their Baddi Plant directly.. where i asked ifthe company will take the cost. As i have to travel to from NCr.. they saod yes i also asked about the stay facility where they says it is availabke for those who come from outside location.. and i booked my tickets later they called and said madam you have to do your own arrangements. Its was really a irritating first but without loosing my cool i went ahead with the booking and visited that place for interview. Later on the day of interview when i arrived i had been given one questionnaire with 30 questions and with majorly question were based in IR... and i specifically asked my consultant that i am not a IR person and if its a IR position i will not appear.. there is a series of miscommunication from consultant HR world and Poor Hospitality from Vardhaman management. For all of us 4 candidates Manager is a senior position and we all appeared that it will be a respectable position in Vardhman however there were three females in HR and one was on same designation for which we were called and the role she was playing was not more than a peon.. passing the file from one table to another.. i feel really sorry for her . After completing the drafting and test i was taken to a conf room where four gentleman were sitting and a female. They were going through the test and summary sheet we filled which was given to us.. the most elder person who seems to be more experienced started asking question out of the form i filled.. and believe me guys none of the question was from the syllabus.. read the question they asked you can laugh and decide if you really want to appear for this company.. we were two female and two male.. at the end of the day after sharing our experiences we are good friend of each other and has same things to say about this company
