- it is basically 1 month of unpaid training to get go into a role for 18 months at a bank of Vps’s choosing and if you decide to leave before then you are liable to pay 5k for the ‘training’.
Thank you for sharing this feedback on your interview in 2022. Since then, we have introduced paid training, and hire for specific roles and clients, so all applicants know exactly which bank they're applying for.

Phone call from hiring manager. Was interested in my background and general willingness to accept and commit to less favourable working conditions. They seemed interested in recruiting younger candidates given that the salary is relatively poor and the contract very much constrictive.
