Well my interview experience at Vanta was probably the best I’ve had in the B2B industry. From start to finish, the process felt intentional, respectful, and human-centered (that goes a long way for me). I genuinely felt like my recruiter was invested in my journey and cared about me as a person and not just "another candidate". That meant a lot, especially since first impressions matter so much. Each interview along the way was positive, well-structured, and aligned with the role. The role-play portion was clear, fair, and focused more on how you think and prep then trying to trip you up. Can’t say enough great things about the experience. To me, Vanta truly stood out in how they treat people.
