The process consisted of 5 rounds and lasted about 2 months. Vanta changed the process multiple times, adding extra rounds, and even adding a 45 minute presentation for the last round after mentioning in the first interview there would be "no presentation or pre-work". They ended up not making me an offer. This company seems to not really know what they are looking for, and it would sometimes take over a week just to get someone to answer 1 email. I recommend looking elsewhere to not have your time wasted.
