Went through all phases of interview including case study, which I thought I did really well on. I spent a good chunk of the weekend on it to do a full analysis vs. the "recommended" time. You probably could chalk up some basic aggregations in their recommended time. The time spent was fine with me as it shows what type of work I'll be working on within the company anyways. The on site (4-5hours?) interviewers were also impressed with the amount of work that went into it that had some nice insights on it. Ghosted after so I guess not? In the end after a few emails, there was still no reply from recruiter or the company at all. This probably this stung the most out of all my full interviews I've been through over the past years. Overall, ok experience until the ghost. I would never apply to Vans again for this specific reason. Empathy goes a long way. Good luck to them!
