Applied online, went into the store a few times, called a few times, and eventually got a phone call to come in for an interview. I went into the store and the assistant manager interviewed me, and I got offered the job a few days later. My friend was working there at the time, so I would go in a couple times a month to say, "Hi", so they already knew me. They usually don't hire friends, so I wouldn't mention it if you know someone there.
Group interview with atleast 10 others. Maybe about 30 minutes. Best to tell stories of customer experience for answers to better highlight self. It was about 10 questions long with two store managers.

me llamaron al día siguiente de tirar el CV e hice la entrevista donde al mismo día me llamaron. la entrevista fue alrededor de 20 minutos donde explican lo que desean de ti y tu explicas lo que sientes y te describen el puesto además de conocerte como persona
not too bad and pretty straight forward. simple questions were asked to detirmine if they thought you would fit. lastedd about 20 minutes and was in a group setting with 5-10 people.
