Personable but to the point. They are interested in your personal qualities more than your past experience or education. I was hardly asked about either. They're are looking for a good attitude and strong work ethic. You could walk in there with less than a HS diploma and no previous job but be loud and confident and they'll give you a job.

The first interview felt more like a pitch to work here rather than an interview. It also seemed similar to a reverse pyramid scheme. No matter the position you apply for, you would start as a minimum wage sales representative. On the second interview, I had arrived to a Cosco located in Montclair so that I can have an idea of what I would be doing and so that they can review my sales skills. Unfortunately, no one from the company was actually there and the Cosco manager had never heard of the company. Complete waste of my time.
