The temp agent called and asked me to provide my experience to her. I did and also asked how much the comp was paying she indicated DOE. She called back the next day and advised me the company wanted to schedule a phone interview for later that day I accepted. When the company called I had a panel interview with three managers which asked basic questions: The interview lasted approx 15-20 min. About three days later the Agency called to schedule a face to face with the company. I scheduled the interview for that Friday when i got there I was addressed by a supervisor and manager at the company. I was asked questions about my education, previous work experience, Y should I be hired, which lasted about 30 min. Afterward I took about 3 assessment tests. I was called two days later for a final interview. The interview was with the Operations Manager whom offered me a position with the company. Thats when I asked how much the job was paying and he said $10.00 I declined and walked out the door.
