I met with an engineer representing the TLP at Vanguard at a career fair. He was very nice and encouraging. I received a follow up email stating they were impressed and wanted to setup a time for a phone interview. Unfortunately the HR lady in charge of my interview "dropped the ball" the first time frame we setup so she again contacted me to setup another time the next week. She called me 30 minutes late our 2nd time and seemed completely uninterested. She asked a few typical HR type questions and several questions asking why I didn't just go work for the companies I interned with. She couldn't believe I didn't mind moving for a job and overall left the impression that I wouldn't want to work there. She couldn't describe the positions any more than the flier I received and was generally unhelpful.
