Entrevista
The interview process at Vanguard is very unique. I did an initial meeting with a hiring manager who asked some very basic STAR and get-to-know-you questions. After that interview, I met with the same representative on a more informal call who gave me feedback for my first interview and helped me prepare for the next round. The second (final) interview consisted of a presentation followed by an hour long one on one interview with a different hiring manager. That interview was mostly focused on STAR questions. Overall, the hiring group gave a lot of feedback and was very supportive in the whole process.
