There were 3 parts to the interview. Phone, Online skill assesment (pretty easy), and an in person interview. They pay for your travel expenses (they paid for a flight and hotel for me). Lots of behavioral questions using the STAR format. They give you topics to be prepared on (know what the SIE, series 7, and series 63 is). The third, in person interview is broken into two parts. A group interview and a 1 on 1. Overall, it was easier then i expected. Highly recommend!
