Entrevista
Onsite interview with 6 different people from 4 different departments. Supposed to be one hour time slots for each with a few minutes break between each. Was a bit challenging as the interviewers seemed disorganized and not quite sure why they were interviewing me. Simple questions I asked regarding project management workflows and organizational structure seemed to be too much for some of the interviewers, and I was told to ask that of the next interviewer. I got the feeling that they were learning a new "interview process" and were confused on what that process was.
Met with two managers face to face in the head office. Relatively easy interviews questions - most of them related to experience outlined on my resume and asking to expand upon specific scenarios.
After the first interview, HR contacted me to let me know they would be in touch to organise a 2nd interview which would involve a case study presentation.
After multiple weeks of silence or minimal contact, after calling the HR representative once a week I was then blocked by her, going straight to voicemail.
First is an HR screening with basic questions to make sure you are minimally qualified. Then, 3 rounds of interviews. First with peers, then manager and then other leaders. All interviews were virtual.

Entrevista
Initial phone call with recruiter from the U.S. The recruiter messed up the job description and advertised the wrong role.
Next was interview with hiring manager. Wanted to know more about current role, asked straight forward questions.
