First, I applied to Vanguard and got a phone interview. It was right at the end of the phone interview when I found out that I had made it to the second round of interviews in Malvern, PA. There, I had some presentations, was interviewed by two senior members of the crew, and participated in a group case study. Overall, it was a pretty easy interview process. Just be personable and know what you're trying to say!
