Interview starts with a phone interview, not bad but it is important you know the asinine STAR method of answering questions. After that if you get an in person, you have a 4 hour in person interview (go to the bathroom first) where you go through a regular interview and then a case study and mock phone call. The mock phone call was a joke, don't be a jerk and it will go well.

Two round interview process. Very friendly and approachable HR staff. As they tell you, they prefer interview answers to be drawn from the STAR method. It took a while to hear back from them but once they contacted me, the interview turnaround process rather quick.
