I received a phone call from their recruiter about 30 minutes after I applied online. At first I took this as a red flag, but after speaking to them I think it's just because their company is growing so quickly and they have so many positions to fill. After this preliminary phone call, the recruiter scheduled two interviews with two different people. A week after these interviews I received an offer, but was only given two days to decide. The entire interview process was refreshingly pleasant and professional . All three people that I spoke to seemed genuinely friendly and eager to tell me about the company. I would highly recommend applying.
