Applied online and had to take a mental/behavioral test. The questions were easy. A few days later I received a phone call. They asked me to come in and interview. Once there I interviewed with HR, took another skills test on site and filled out paper work. After that I met with the trainer and we had an easy going interview. She asked me why collections?
