Sat down with the service center manager and discussed the companies and my future plans, made it clear that there were opportunities to advance, as well as opportunities for raises and bonuses, was clear about being understaffed and what would be required of me as well as hours I would be scheduled.

Very brief and short. They did not even know about interview appointment or read my resume. Also I did not have an interview with the manager because she was at the lunch break so I had an assistant manager interviewing me. Also questions were very generic and unimportant for entry level position that they are offering training for.

Took about 1-2 days to get a call. once I got the call I did a face time interview. easy and straightforward interview. I highly recommend this company. great advancement opportunities
