I was able to meet with different members of the management team to 1) understand the role and org, 2) share my experiences in the industry, and 3) hear about how they felt I could contribute to the team and their mission. It was a great process where I felt valued every step of the way! I was asked to complete a presentation where the instructions were very clear and easy to follow.
