The interview was conducted by the CIO and IT manager at the time. My work history was discussed, then the role. A technical discussion followed with an on the spot test of sorts. Interview was candid but professional. Once all the candidates were processed, this being the first of the process; candidates are called back for an evaluation with the resident psychologist.
