Me postulé a través de una recomendación de un empleado. Acudí a una entrevista en Valtech (Bengaluru) en mar 2021

      Entrevista

I had three rounds of interview along with an interactive session with the project manager. The overall experience was pleasant. First round: technical interview mostly verbal. It went well. Second round: Written interview with a problem statement to solve. It was core java mostly and there were two people in the panel. One panelist was from India and the other person was the product owner of the team I was being interviewed for and was based from Germany. Both the panelists were very supportive and really helped me bring out my thoughts to the solution rather look for a specific answer. Third round: It was mostly an interactive session with the head HR, but it did not include talking numbers or the technical details. It was mostly a get-to-know-you kind of talk which was really pleasant and I did enjoy it. After this I did have one more round with the project manager which I really think should be a part of most interviews. As an experienced resource it’s always concerning if you get an undesired technology stack. I was really happy with the last round because I could freely ask all the questions I had about the kind of team I will be a part of as well as the technology I will get to work on. I was assisted in the entire process by the talent acquisition HR Suprith and I must say he made the entire process very smooth. I had a lot of questions even after receiving the offer and he patiently spelled out everything for me.

      Pregunta 1

Most of the questions were around the technology stack I was working on in my previous project. I had questions around the kind of database used, how was I securing my application, which cloud technology was used. Deployment process, few business scenario based questions . The written question was a game logic that needed to be implemented through java code.
