Easy and simple. Processes could be done before a person starts to work instead of after they started to work. Very nice employees they have and very helpful. Just a few things need to be fixed before going forward

The overall interview process was good. The interviewer really boosts the applicant's confidence and tells them their mistakes, especially on the mock call, which is good for us to know.

Interview was brief, neutral. We had a mock-call. Everything went smooth. It was a 1-day hiring process in September 2025. I'm a fresh graduate so they mostly evaluated how I use English and how I cope with pressure.
