I had a zoom interview, a phone interview, and then went in for 2 separate 3 hour meetings. These meetings also included a tour and a meeting with other staff members. There was a long break in between these meetings and I never received any feedback afterwards or an official decision. It was a lot of time invested to not have communication after the fact.

The interview consisted of an initial zoom call followed by a quick phone call with the headmaster of the school. I then had a 3 hour interview and tour on site. The following week I had a 3 hour interview with other leaders and the team.
