This company appears to be staffed with a group of has been bankers who don’t understand business development or key elements of banking. A recruiter called me to ask questions. I don’t know what part of the country the person was from but she sounded uneducated, illiterate and overall just sour. The next interview was allegedly with a position level leader. I was even more underwhelmed by the professionalism and education this person appeared to have obtained in her career. What is this, a charity organization?
