The interview process was structured and professional. It began with a phone screening followed by a panel interview with the hiring managers and senior nurses. They asked a mix of behavioral and situational questions, focusing on patient care scenarios and teamwork. The interviewers were friendly and made the environment comfortable, allowing me to share my experiences fully. I appreciated how they also provided information about the unit and the hospital’s culture.

Interview was nice and smooth. Interview asked some general questions about your personality and experiences. It was a little crowded when since it was a new graduate hire, however, overall was a great experience
