Did not have an interview. Was reached out to by two separate HR Employees.
One reached out to me through email requesting a interview. I responded within hours to the initial request. After multiple emails following up with the individual to schedule the email, I received a response that the position was filled until 3 weeks later.
The second request was over the phone. I received a call indicating that they wanted to schedule an interview for the end of that week and then did not hear anything from the HR representative.
This is very unprofessional. This organization does not recognize that HR is the first impression a company makes and it has proven itself to be unresponsive and clearly do not value an individuals time and effort.
I wonder how many candidates they are loosing as a result.
