The hiring process included a scheduled phone interview and a personal interview. I got a phone interview on December 08, 2018 however, I never heard back from the HR. They only responded when I emailed them back and they said I got a personal interview in February. The personal interview went well because the interviewer was not prepared. He admitted he has not prepared for the interview and did not any technical skills. Just looked at my resume and asked a few questions from it which I gave a reasonable answer.
