Phone interview was asked what salary I wanted to make. After I told her and informed I was open to negotiate, she pretty much told me I wasn't worth what I was asking (although I have 3 years experience in it, a master's degree and I didn't ask for much more than I currently make). She was extremely rude and if that is how they treat potential employees, I hate to see how they treat actual employees.
