Started strong with clear, professional communication and was a fairly standard interview process. Despite this, after the second stage I was ghosted! No follow up, no rejection email. It's been three weeks and it's disappointing when a company can invest so much time in the process but not even 1min on an automated rejection email. Speaks more about the organisation and not me, but grateful for the opportunity
