I had an initial phone call from a current employee, who felt I would be a good match for the needs of the company. I agreed to learn more, so I eventually got a call from the recruiter who filled me in on the details of the job. After expressing interest to move forward, I was given a time to talk to the recruiter in person, followed by a one-on-one interview with the executive I would be assisting.
