Asks many behavioral questions revolving around teamwork and cooperation. All behavioral questions and to basically walk through your resume. Then at the end it is opened up for you to ask questions after it is mainly you talking the whole time.

Tell us about a time you had a conflict and how you resolved it
Valero came to the university to recruit. They were taking resumes at the career fair. Top candidates were interviewed. Multiple interviews were carried out for potential candidates. The process was pretty quick.
Interview process was easy. However, the company kept probing me for salary information from my employer at the time and made me very uncomfortable. In the end, Valero said they would get back with me in 2 weeks but never did. Very unprofessional. If Valero treats you like this in an interview, do you think they will treat you any better as an employer? It was a blessing in disguise as I was given nice job offers from their direct competitors.
