I was contacted & phone screened. Then silence. I reached out to see if they had gone another direction and was surprised they were still interested. The second interview was abruptly cancelled and never re-scheduled as was communicated. In the end, they contacted me to say the role was now required to be in-office. Seemed unorganized and unprofessional.
