Initial phone screen with recruiter, went over basics of the job, requirements, team structure, and expectations. Recruiter was knowledgable about the role. Asked basic questions about why I applied for the role , questions around my current responsibilities, and how I go about my work. Overall, I felt like the interview went very well but there was absolutely no communication after the interview in either direction going on for 3 weeks now. Unprofessional in my opinion regardless of whether or not you are moving on to the next round especially since the recruiter said the entire interview process would take 2-3 weeks .
